Wright Brothers Covent Garden is opening a new restaurant and we’re seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join from day one. You’ll work alongside the Head Chef, delivering exceptional seafood dishes and upholding our standards of quality, precision and creativity.
In this role you’ll own your section, mentor juniors, focus on prep, presentation, safety and waste reduction, and be part of a team dedicated to great ingredients and genuine hospitality.
