Salary: £25,000 pa

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible hours

Location: Fully remote - this role may require occasional overnight stays across the UK to support events, with travel mainly to London for meetings.

Events Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Owning specific event streams from coordination and planning through to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and high engagement.
  • Managing the events calendar on the bespoke Member platform, ensuring all sessions, discussions, and activities are scheduled and promoted accurately.
  • Planning and executing the increasing in-person events programme.
  • Providing event reports, collating feedback, capturing recordings, and other outputs as required.
  • Engaging with other business areas to support communications, event promotion, programme design, membership opportunities, and invoicing.
  • Providing strategic input into wider business initiatives.
  • Participating in in-person events nationwide.

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Confident engagement with stakeholders at all levels to build trusted relationships.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter, capable of working autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and contribute to business planning.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong administrative skills to manage a busy workload.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 packages.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience managing in-person or online event schedules.
