This is an exciting opportunity to join the Quality and Regulation team, which sits under the directorate for Strategic Planning and Student Administration (SPSA). The team is at the forefront of supporting and enhancing the student journey through the University and manages the institution's core quality assurance and enhancement processes and activities.

The Quality and Regulation Administrator provides highly effective and accurate administrative services for the Quality Managers as directed by the Quality and Regulation Manager and Head of Quality.

  • Support all areas of operation including administrative support for committee servicing, student voice forums and the effective operation of the University's policies and procedures.
  • Provide high quality and effective administrative services to facilitate relevant events, training activities, committees and working groups, including acting as Secretary as appropriate.

Qualifications / Attributes

  • Experience of minute taking and report writing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan and organise own work, use initiative, contribute ideas for process improvement, and demonstrate a flexible approach to ensure effective service delivery outcomes.
  • Previous experience of working in Higher Education administration is helpful but not essential.
  • The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable, but not essential.
