This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project manager to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced university environment.
The Senior Project Manager (Transformation and Efficiencies) will lead complex, university-wide initiatives that deliver digital innovation, operational effectiveness, and sustainable change in line with the Wrexham 2030 strategy. The role is crucial in enhancing the staff and student experience and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the institution.
We\’re seeking an individual with strategic agility, strong change management expertise, and a hands-on approach. Youll need to bring energy and creativity, as well as the ability to work at a pace, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Leading a small team, you will be expected to roll up your sleeves while also providing guidance and support both within the team and more broadly across the university. Youll need to be as confident working with people as you are with datamany of our transformation initiatives will involve changing how we work, and that requires both empathy and bold decision-making.
