Overview
Wrexham University is looking to recruit an experienced Faculty Administrator to report to the Faculty Administration Team Lead, and to provide administrative support to the Faculty of Arts, Science and Technology, as part of a wider Faculty Administration team.
The role will provide support to the Dean of Faculty alongside the Faculty’s wider academic teams, and undertake secretarial functions as required.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own time within a busy office environment and carry out a wide range of general administrative tasks and secretarial duties, whilst keeping the Dean, and Faculty Administration Team Lead aware of relevant business.
The role requires excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain efficient systems. The successful candidate will be competent in operating using their own initiative as well as part of a wider team.
Qualifications
Candidates should be educated to HND level.
