The Estates & Campus Management Department plays a pivotal role in supporting University business delivering inspiring and safe educational space. Our work is fundamental in ensuring that the student experience is at the heart of what we do and our modern and efficient facilitates provide the best possible outcomes for our diverse student groups.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Estates & Campus Management Support Officer, you will provide a high level of administrative support to the Head of Estates, Safety Health & Environment Manager & Building Services Manager ensuring all documentation is controlled and accurately kept in line with the University\\\βs procedures.
- The post holder will oversee and manage purchasing activities, ensuring that all procurement processes are carried out in compliance with the Universities policies and legal guidelines, providing administration support for Health & Safety administration, energy monitoring, facilities service contracts whilst maintaining e- filing to support audit requirements and safety legislation.
- You will be well organized and an effective communicator, acting as the key liaison point for the Safety Health Environment & Estates Team with wider University colleagues. The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable.
