The predicted salary is between 23400 - 28600 £ per year.
Temporary until 31/03/2027. As the Housing Options Assistant, you will be assisting the Housing Options Team in all aspects of the day-to-day functions. You will be responsible for handling enquiries from service users and landlords alike. You will possess good IT skills and excellent customer service.
You will be required to assist with the management of the Council’s stock of temporary accommodation in order to maximise revenue for the team and to assist with the allocation of temporary accommodation to homeless applicants. You will report directly to the Housing Options Team Leader and be required to support the Team Leader in delivering the services/projects in line with key corporate strategies.
