  • Working with Link Officers across the Council to promote good practice

What We’re Looking For

  • Educated to A‑Level standard or with equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of FOI, EIR and Data Protection legislation
  • Experience managing information requests in a public sector or similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexibly, respond quickly to changing demands, and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience improving systems or processes
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and high standards of information governance

Why Join Us

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in information governance within a supportive and forward‑thinking team. You’ll help shape how the Council manages information, supports transparency, and protects the rights of residents.

If you’re passionate about good information management and want to make a real impact across the organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
