Description
Relief Town Centre Caretaker. The City Centre team are seeking to appoint relief caretakers to join our Operations team at Ty Pawb / Memorial Hall. The caretakers will work closely with the Ty Pawb / Memorial Hall operations team, centre support team and wider Arts team to ensure the smooth running of both centres and all of the events and activities undertaken there.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a flexible and resourceful approach to successfully planning and delivering maintenance, housekeeping and cleaning duties, room set-up along with general operational duties across Ty Pawb\βs / Memorial Hall\βs diverse offers which includes; room hire, events, exhibition spaces, performance spaces, a food court, an indoor market and more.
The successful candidate should demonstrate a knowledge of delivering building maintenance/caretaking and cleaning works, DIY repairs and maintenance, key holding and ideally should have experience in the day to day running of an operational building or centre. They should also have good practice in following health and safety legislation and working with diverse groups of people.
