Overview
Contract Compliance Officer – 37 hours – permanent (Scale G08 £33,366 to £36,124). The role is a challenging position within the Property Investment Team (Assets) and focuses on supervising and assisting with the daily management of major refurbishment programmes of void and decanted properties.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist with the daily management of the department’s major refurbishment programmes.
- Conduct surveying of properties and manage the quality of works.
- Monitor health and safety standards on site and manage a number of different properties being refurbished by external contractors.

- Proven experience in managing external contractors is essential.
