Scale G08 £33,366 to £36,124
The post holders will supervise and assist with the daily management of the department’s major refurbishment programmes of void and decanted properties. The role is challenging, and experience in managing external contractors is essential.
The successful candidates will carry out a wide range of duties, including surveying of properties, managing quality of works, and monitoring health and safety standards on site. The works vary, and every day is different; the candidates will manage a number of different properties, which are being refurbished by external contractors.
