Wren is hiring a Retail Sales Designer for our Maidstone Showroom. You will greet customers, craft inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs, and manage the end-to-end Wren journey. The role is 40 hours per week with a basic salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission, OTE £50k.
Design experience is not essential, just a proactive, target-driven approach to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Availability to work some evenings and weekends is expected.
