- Reducing the designer error free issue percentage.
- Investigate all designer error free issues to determine the area(s) of improvement.
- Reducing the surveyor error free issue percentage.
- Investigate all surveyor error free issues to determine the area(s) of improvement.
- Support the field team by completing surveys where required, either during peak seasons or covering absences.
- Collecting data and spotting trends in free issues for business improvements.
- Fielding calls from the customer service team to resolve customer issues.
- Building presentation material for cabinet and frontal highlighting suggested improvements.
- Creating presentations for the showroom manager meetings to emphasise common errors.
- Effectively communicating with internal departments when conducting investigations.
- Assisting internal departments to collate data and refine the automated compliance reports.
- Working with internal departments and observing manufacturing processes.
- Conducting spot checks to ensure quality standards on orders pre-delivery.
