An exciting opportunity to join Wren Travel as a full‑time Business Administration Apprentice.

You will support the day‑to‑day running of our busy travel agency while working towards a Level3 Business Administration qualification.

What You’ll Do

Wren Travel is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join our growing team on a full‑time basis.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same.

You will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the business while gaining valuable experience within the travel industry.

Your duties will include

  • Managing incoming emails and responding to customer enquiries.
  • Liaising with hotels, tour operators and travel suppliers.
  • Assisting with preparing bespoke holiday quotations.
  • Supporting clients before, during and after their bookings.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
  • Preparing travel documentation and customer mail packs.
  • Writing personalised postcards for clients.
  • Assisting with general office administration and filing.
  • Supporting marketing activities and social media where required.
  • Providing excellent customer service both over the phone and via email.

You will receive full training and support while completing your Level3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

This role offers the opportunity to develop valuable business, communication and customer service skills within a fast‑growing independent travel company.

Training Outcome

Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a permanent position as a Business Administrator or Travel Consultant, with opportunities for further training and career progression as Wren Travel continues to grow.
