Ideally, you’ll be looking to make the next step from an entry level position or you’re a high-flying recent graduate from a top institution who wants to take the first step in your career.

To succeed in this process you’ll need to stand out with your marketing knowledge, and be naturally curious and resilient.

The role

This is a broad, hands-on role supporting marketing across Wren Sterling and our sister investment management business, Magnus. You'll touch every area of the team's remit, with a particular emphasis on using AI and marketing technology to raise the quality and pace of what we produce. You'll:

  • Trial, document and roll out new AI and marketing tools, turning what works into simple, repeatable workflows for the wider team
  • Support campaign planning, delivery and reporting to prospects and existing clients
  • Write and update website copy, client literature, flyers and brochures in line with our brand guidelines and house style
  • Plan, schedule and post social content, and report on reach, engagement and impact
  • Maintain website content and monitor performance in Dragon Metrics
  • Produce collateral and presentation materials for our Sales, Commercial and Executive teams
  • Liaise with third-party agencies and suppliers on day-to-day deliverables, timelines and costs
  • Support strategic projects, including the integration of acquired businesses

What you’ll bring

Essential: a marketing degree or CIM qualification at Level 4 (or equivalent), or three years' marketing/communications experience; exceptional attention to detail; a strong level of written English and a feel for storytelling on brand; digital marketing literacy (Google Analytics, WordPress, CRM such as HubSpot); confidence with AI tools (Copilot and/or Claude); and the self-motivation to manage competing priorities to deadline.

Desirable: financial planning or related industry experience, project management, negotiation, video editing, Adobe InDesign and Premiere Pro.

We're committed to giving our people a fulfilling experience where everyone can grow professionally in a supportive environment.

  • Our four values: Wren Sterling Knows, Cares, Acts and Delivers guide everything we do. You'll learn from experienced practitioners across multiple distinct routes to market, with a genuine foundation to build a long-term marketing career.
