Situated on a quiet side street near the elegant St Peters Square, The Carpenters Arms is an independent nineteenth-century pub with authentic and classic interiors, delicious seasonal food and a friendly team to welcome you. A stones throw from the Thames, come and enjoy an afternoon or evening by the fire or in the beautiful sun trap secret garden.
The Role
As Floor Supervisor, you will support the management team in the smooth day-to-day running of service. You will lead the floor team during shifts, ensure excellent standards are maintained, and help deliver a consistently outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the floor team during busy service periods
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
- Lead by example and maintain strong team performance
- Support with training and development of staff
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Assist with rota execution and daily shift organisation
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies

- Minimum 1 years experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
