The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our manufacturing site in Barton-upon-Humber. The shift will be from Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:30.

Salary £31,500 + £1,000 shift allowance + Quarterly Bonus up to £250

Main responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate efficient replenishment to maintain availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflow.
  • Uphold health & safety standards and ensure full compliance with company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support team training and development initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of operatives to achieve consistent performance.
  • Ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
