We are looking for a Mobile Designer to join our team in the Maidstone Showroom! Our cutting-edge showrooms serve as an endless source of inspiration for our customers. With our Mobile Showrooms, we have a unique chance to meet customers in the comfort of their own homes, delivering an authentic Wren design experience.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.
  • Guide customers through the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality.
  • Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos, and explain the process to them.
  • Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
  • Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Ensure that you have read, understood, and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customers' needs.
  • Full UK manual driving licence with 6 or less penalty points.
  • Organised and capable of working independently, effectively managing time to optimise each customer's experience.

Compensation

  • Basic salary of £26,440, uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.
