The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

We pride ourselves on having the best showrooms in the industry, therefore keeping them up-to-date throughout annual refits is essential. With this in mind, we are looking for candidates to support our Showroom Development department with the administrational duties.

Main responsibilities:

  • Create and coordinate purchase orders to ensure all suppliers are paid once works are completed to Wrens standards.
  • Communicate with all internal departments when investigating issues and organising production and deliveries.
  • Create and update records, databases, and trackers in relation to current refits.
  • Proactively take on multiple tasks to ensure all work is covered with management or colleagues.
  • Collation of documentation from external stakeholders.
  • Schedule all kitchen & Bedroom deliveries.
  • Organise all skip deliveries and refit waste collections.
  • Manage the ex-display sell-off excel sheets.
  • Resolve & answer queries in the showroom refit Jira inbox.
  • Maintain and update Showroom Display Lists.
  • Manage the appliance refits.
  • Compile all sell off lists prior to refits starting.
  • Keep SharePoint files updated.

About You:

  • Excellent skill in Microsoft packages including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organisation and use of initiative.
  • Basic kitchen design knowledge is desirable but not essential.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • CDM 2015 course completion can be offered.
