Location: Scunthorpe

Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time (40 hours per week), 06:00-14:30

Salary: £13.20-£13.80 per hour

We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators to work at our manufacturing facility in Scunthorpe. The role will be from Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30.

Main responsibilities:

  • Follow detailed technical drawings to produce end products of the highest standard
  • Effectively and safely control a variety of woodworking machinery including CNC drills, edge banders and glue machines, and a variety of hand tools
  • Participate in training and mentoring of Trainee Machine Operators
  • Carry out rigorous quality checks to ensure high-quality standards are always met, reporting any quality issues to management and the QC team
  • Ability to operate machines, move and remove parts as required for cleaning processes
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace
