About The Role

Main responsibilities:
- Review installer grading and key cost indicators identifying areas of concern
- Conduct quality audit inspections of kitchen installations as required
- Coach, develop & where required exit underperforming installers
- Coach installers & field team regarding the Wren Way and compliance to current Regulations and Legislation
- Liaise with Showroom & Field Team Members promoting installer service engagement
- Provide support and feedback as required to installers, Field team and stakeholders on installer quality audits, service, and performance.
- Review, investigate and action installer chargebacks appeals as required, communicating decisions to relevant stakeholders
- Attend forums where required, promoting performance excellence, obtaining feedback, and demonstrating engagement
- Engage with installers & installations field team on new development, new products & adherence to process
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

- Knowledge and experience of Kitchen installation and legislation
- Experience working and engaging with 3rd Party sub-contractors and installers
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Attention to details and ability to deliver results
- Computer and IT Literate
- Previous Customer Facing or Service Experience
