Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role based in Belfast for a Retail Sales Designer. The individual will be responsible for assisting customers in designing their ideal kitchens, providing expert advice and tailored design solutions. Day-to-day tasks include creating 3D designs, planning layouts, utilizing design software, ensuring customers\’ needs are met, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, maintaining showroom standards, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills in Retail Design, Space Planning, and Retail
- Competence in Interior Design, with an eye for detail and creativity
- Experience or familiarity with Graphic Design tools/software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to meet targets in a sales-driven environment
- Exposure to or experience designing kitchens is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant design software is advantageous
