About The Role

We\’re looking for a Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the Altricham Showroom!

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting and greeting customers, producing inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs, and managing the end-to-end customer journey.
• No prior kitchen or bedroom design experience required; a target-driven, proactive approach is essential.
• Earn a basic salary of £25,400 plus uncapped commission with an OTE of £50,000.
• Promote additional products and services, follow up on customer inquiries, ensure a world-class customer experience, and maintain accurate order records.

Additional duties include adhering to health and safety policies as per the IMS Responsibilities document.

About You:

• Experience in a retail sales target environment is desirable.

• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
