About The Role

Main Responsilbilities:

  • Ensure high quality of plans are delivered by every template surveyor within the business
  • Assist templaters with queries they may have regarding the survey
  • Audit the templates taken on site and work with the team to correct any errors found to improve the customer experience
  • Work towards reducing all errors within the business
  • Training of new features in the planner, process and product
  • Seen as the expert and go to person within the business for planner and quartz product related queries
  • Provide constructive feedback on opportunities identified within the planner, systems and training to improve efficiencies
  • Complete daily reports to log the plans checked, training sessions carried out and timesheet for the day
  • Attend regular meetings with your peers to offer improvement feedback and share ideas
  • Identify and report to the Template Training Managers, any additional training requirements required within their team
  • Attend training sessions for new launches/improvements and changes to the planner system to ensure you have an unrivaled knowledge of the planner
  • Manage and update template equipment, ensuring that the teams have the necessary equipment
  • Record audits and prepare performance reports
  • In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document

Our basic salary is £28,250 plus you will earn a quarterly bonus of upto £2000 meaning you can earn up to £36,250 annually.
