We are looking for a Projects Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office site in Barton-upon-Humber. This is role is fully based on site, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30
- Making sure all administrative tasks are completed on time and to an exceptional standard
- Assist with the creation and update of project and communication plans
- Assist the project managers with planning projects from concept to completion
- Attend project meetings, setting these up and managing diary invites
- Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers
- Coordinate shipments from overseas suppliers this will include making payments and speaking with suppliers to make sure orders are on the correct vessels, so they are delivered on time
- Help the project engineer in administrative duties and processes
About You
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills – strong experience of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
