Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for solicitor and property broker calls
  • Record and share minutes from team meetings and project updates (internal and external)
  • Log team meeting actions using Monday.com (or relevant tool)
  • Maintain and update the property database with landlord, park management, and rent details
  • Manage day-to-day showroom issues and escalate as needed
  • Liaise with park management and landlords to resolve property-related concerns
  • Create and distribute drawing issue packs and accompanying issue sheets
  • Keep project folders updated and organized
  • File all project and property documentation accurately
  • Raise and issue purchase orders following approval
  • Carry out general administrative tasks as required
  • Adhere to Health & Safety policies and responsibilities outlined in our Integrated Management System (IMS)
