About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join our site in Scunthorpe. The shift will be from Monday to Friday, 16:00 – 00:30
Salary ranges between £31,500 – £33,500 + Quarterly Bonus.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in performing hands-on production and assembly functions.
- Motivate and support members of the team to ensure targets are met, highlighting any performance issues to management.
- Identify any improvements and make recommendations for change.
- Ensures daily operation of equipment by monitoring performance and calling for repairs as required, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace, ensuring all team members are using the correct PPE and wearing company issued uniform at all times.
- Assess and review staff performance, offering feedback, both constructive and positive, to support the professional development of team members.
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
