About The Role
Embark on a career surveying customers’ kitchens and bedrooms, ensuring precise measurements to drive design accuracy and maintain an exceptional customer journey.
Main Responsibilities
- Work a 40‑hour rota including evenings and weekends.
- Conduct detailed surveys of customers’ kitchens and bedrooms, capturing accurate measurements.
- Record all information electronically in line with GDPR.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and communications throughout the survey process.
- Support the showroom team by enhancing planning skills, providing feedback, and reducing errors.
- Audit plans before order/delivery, offering feedback to develop designers’ skills.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and responsibilities outlined in the Integrated Management System.
