About The Role
Join our award-winning training team, recognised for excellence in learning technology, onboarding, and engagement. We are seeking a talented Learning Content Writer to join our Online Learning Team and contribute to the development of Wren Kitchens’ digital learning resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, training expertise, and the ability to write and review clear, engaging instructional copy.
This role involves working closely with internal teams to understand training needs and produce high-quality learning content that supports our retail teams in the UK and USA. You will play a key role in researching, writing, refining, and reviewing digital resources such as eLearning modules, interactive guides, and PDF materials.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
- Create clear, engaging instructional content and materials.
- Write and review eLearning modules, guides, and digital resources for clarity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine content.
- Ensure all content meets brand and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently or in a team.
Skills And Experience
- 1+ year in content, instructional, or copywriting (in-house, agency, or freelance).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear learning content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred.
