About The Role
We are looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Oldham Showroom! As a General Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too. We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k!

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the driving force behind the showroom team, ensuring that every customer receives a world-class experience from start to finish.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented individuals who will be central to the showroom’s success.
- Drive sales performance to not only meet but exceed showroom targets year after year, while prioritising customer satisfaction and retention.
- Play a pivotal role in the successful opening of the new Watford showroom, ensuring a smooth and impactful start.
- As a responsible person, ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
