We are looking for a General Showroom Manager in the North East England area, must be able to commute to local showrooms. We will be influential in helping build high‑achieving design teams across multiple showrooms in your designated area. Once fully trained and an opportunity arises, there will be the potential to take on the exciting responsibility of managing your own showroom. We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus bonus (OTE £52K) plus paid travel expenses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Train and work with experienced managers in some of our showrooms of excellence, learning the fundamentals of managing a Wren Kitchens showroom.
  • Work with both General Managers and Assistant Managers to become a well‑rounded Wren manager.
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed year‑on‑year showroom targets whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
