About The Role
We are looking for a Buyer, based at our Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber. The position is full-time, working 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30.
Main responsibilities:
- Work closely with the buying team to maintain stock levels to deliver to customers OTIF, minimizing overstocks.
- Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers.
- Learn all areas of products to assist with product queries.
- Support day-to-day projects and resolve issues as they arise.
- Maximize stock availability by buying the correct quantities based on forecasts.
- Liaise with other departments to maintain momentum on key development projects.
- Ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain supplier KPIs.
