About The Role

As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, based from the head office in Barton, you will support our Compliance team by improving the way we report and use data to analyse and improve department and Company performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating/maintain reports to measure key metrics
  • Calculating benefit to the business for reports created
  • Calculate cost benefit for future projects within the department
  • Analysing trends within key metrics that influence performance
  • Creating presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Providing accurate data to departments and key stakeholders

Desired skills and knowledge:

  • Highly motivated to learn how to analyse complex data and identify key trends
  • Skilled in Excel with experience using varied data management software
  • Desire to learn how to translate complex data into structured reports
  • Interest in developing skills in MySQL Databases
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Driven by producing quality work that supports good business decisions
  • Interest in analysing and interpreting large data sets
  • Have a key interest and understanding of maths, business and IT

This role will be based onsite at Wren\'s Head Office in Barton, working remotely is not an option for this role as you will be working closely with stakeholders.
