About The Role

Role Details
This role will involve working night shifts.
Critical purpose of role:
- To work as part of a two-person delivery team to ensure all deliveries are of high standard
- To ensure fleet compliance and health and safety standards are adhered to and continuously improved
- To adhere to EU Drivers Hours and Working Time Regulations
Main responsibilities:
- Constantly communicate with the transport office regarding daily activities.
- Adhere to policies and procedures regarding delivery service and safety at the workplace.
- Ensure daily vehicle checks are completed and faults reported to your transport office team.
- Offer a pleasant and professional delivery experience at each visit.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment safely.
- Proactively make customer phone calls with ETAs and keep records of deliveries.
- Handle products carefully to ensure damage-free delivery.

About You
Relevant qualifications & experience:
- More than 1-year experience in HGV driving
- Valid C+E license with no more than 6 penalty points
- Up-to-date Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience in \’Home Delivery\’ services
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
