We're looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Greenwich Showroom!
As a General Showroom Manager, you'll be responsible for a multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too.
We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k!
Main responsibilities:- Be the inspirational leader of the showroom team, ensuring all Wren customers enjoy a first-class experience
- Recruit and develop incredible people who will become integral to the showroom's success
- Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety
- Significant experience gained in a big-ticket retail environment with multi-million targets
- A sales-driven approach with a proven track record of success
