We are looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Beckton Showroom! As a General Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too. We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k!

Main responsibilities:

  • Be the inspirational leader of the showroom team, ensuring all Wren customers enjoy a first-class experience
  • Recruit and develop incredible people who will become integral to the showroom’s success
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

  • Significant experience gained in a big-ticket retail environment with £multi-million targets
