About The Role
We are currently recruiting for General Production Operatives at our Howden site to work on our day shift with the hours of work to 06:00 – 14:30, Monday to Friday.
Main Responsibilities
- Work as part of a warehouse team within a designated department (including Assembly, Goods In, MSU E-Picks and Production) to support the manufacturing of bedroom components, stock and units, picking and packing of stock and loading and dispatch of complete orders.
- Ensure all daily departmental duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the department.
- Provide training and support to colleagues as required by the Department Manager.
- Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times.
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Manager or Supervisor.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety in the workplace.
- Work within a designated department in a position within the team as designated by the Manager / Supervisor.
- Warehouse experience would be an advantage but not essential.
