About The Role
We are now seeking a Delivery Support Advisor to ensure that our customers receive their kitchens with a smooth delivery process, identifying and resolving any issues along the way.

Main Responsibilities
- Handle customer, showroom, and internal queries via phone, email, and live chat
- Meet personal and team goals set by management
- Manage open orders for multiple showrooms
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery for all customers
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet targets
- Monitor showroom compliance and report any concerns
- Take ownership of issues and resolve queries efficiently
- Deliver exceptional service with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Flag and report any process issues that impact the customer experience
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document
Desired Skills and Knowledge
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English & Maths
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Customer service experience preferred
