About The Role
Through our continued growth and development, we’re looking to add a Competitor Analyst to our busy Head Office Retail Operations team. We are seeking a passionate individual who is inquisitive and confident, with exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will analyze trends within the kitchen/bedroom industry and collaborate with stakeholders to improve and manage processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain reports on kitchen and bedroom industry trends impacting Wren.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insightful, audience-specific analysis.
- Deliver accurate data and monthly/quarterly presentations to stakeholders.
- Support business improvements by designing solutions and managing project timelines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and communicate progress.
- Present and distribute reports using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Contribute to competitor intelligence documentation (SOPs, forms, etc.).
- Assist departments with new analysis, implementation, and interpreting quotations.
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person, you must ensure that you read, understand, and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities as outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
Desired skills and knowledge:
- Broad knowledge of kitchens and bedrooms
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Good understanding of Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
