We're looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Cambridge Showroom on a Fixed term basis. As a General Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too.

We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the driving force behind the showroom team, ensuring that every customer receives a world-class experience from start to finish.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented individuals who will be central to the showroom’s success.
  • Drive sales performance to not only meet but exceed showroom targets year after year, while prioritising customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
