We are opening an exciting new concept showroom in Blackpool, combining the very best of our retail and trade offering in one unique environment. This new concept will allow us to support both retail customers and our Trade partners with market leading kitchen and bedroom designs, industry leading service, and world-class delivery.
We are looking for a General Manager who can lead the showroom to commercial and operational success while ensuring every customer—retail or trade—receives a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the driving force behind the showroom team, ensuring every customer—whether retail or trade—receives a world-class experience from first enquiry through to installation.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of talented individuals, fostering high performance and engagement across both retail and trade operations.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed showroom targets, including trade account growth, repeat business, and customer retention.
- Play a pivotal role in the successful opening of the showroom, ensuring systems, processes, and standards are implemented effectively.
- Oversee the full customer journey, including home surveys, design delivery, order management, and installation for both retail and trade customers.
- Monitor and manage budgets, stock, and resources to maximise profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
About You
