About the Role
The Render & Digital Design Coordinator supports the delivery, organisation, and improvement of digital imagery across the business. You'll work closely with the Render & Digital Design Manager to help create effective briefs, maintain the asset library, and ensure our digital content supports Wren's standards for excellence. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, confident with technology, and excited about the development of imagery.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with the Render & Digital Design Manager to develop clear, structured briefs based on business requirements, trend data and gap analysis.
- Review and conduct a gap analysis of Wren's digital imagery across internal platforms.
- Liaise with relevant internal teams to identify missing assets, inconsistencies, or opportunities to improve imagery.
- Maintain Wren's internal digital asset library, ensuring files are accurate, well-organised, properly tagged, and easy to access for relevant teams.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders across the business to gather feedback, align requirements, and ensure smooth workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace to track asset progress, manage data, and support the daily operation of digital asset production.
- Organise files, manage incoming tickets, and complete day‐to‐day admin tasks to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures, and refer to the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

- Confident with technology, digital tools, and file management systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment.
- Interest or experience in CGI rendering, CAD, or other 3D visualisation tools, with an understanding of digital asset production workflows.
- Previous experience drafting or supporting creative/technical briefs.
- Interest in interior design.
- Experience in a commercial, supply chain or admin support role preferred but not essential.
