As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will support the team with day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks to help ensure projects run smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain experience in project coordination and design workflows. You will assist with maintaining project documentation, organising tasks, tracking basic project updates, and helping teams stay aligned. Working closely with designers and project leads, you'll contribute to project planning, communication, and continuous improvement activities. This is a full-time position based in Barton-Upon-Humber, with occasional travel to other Wren locations as required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining and updating project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Help monitor project timelines and highlight delays or issues to senior team members.
- Support communication between teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing meeting notes and documentation.
- Assist with arranging meetings, coordinating diaries, and supporting stakeholder communication.

Qualifications
