We are recruiting for a Support Administrator to provide assistance to the VP of Barton Operations. The role will be from Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30.

Responsibilities

  • Providing information by answering questions and requests
  • Generating reports for management KPIs and other specific reports
  • Assisting with HR functions, such as note taking for investigations and disciplinary meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records for employee holiday requests/sickness etc.
  • Monitoring incoming emails, responding in a timely manner
  • Working closely with management to ensure all departmental performance reports are completed in a timely manner, highlighting any issues to management
