Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain a centralised, accurate IT asset management system, ensuring full lifecycle visibility from procurement to disposal
- Lead endpoint build and deployment services, driving standardisation, automation, and performance optimisation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining an audit‐ready environment with strong governance and documentation
- Provide reporting and insights on asset usage, build performance, and operational efficiency to support decision‐making and financial planning
- Manage stock and inventory processes, ensuring accurate tracking, control, and availability
- Deliver technical leadership, acting as an escalation point for complex issues across assets, builds, and deployments
- Drive continuous improvement across tooling, processes, and service delivery to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams and lead staff to promote quality, accountability, and ongoing development
About You
- Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and asset lifecycle processes
- Experience with endpoint build tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Autopilot or similar)
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, Cyber Essentials, ISO)
- Experience managing inventory and stock control processes
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‐solving skills
- Proven leadership experience within technical or operational teams
- Ability to balance technical expertise with business priorities
- Detail‐oriented with a focus on data accuracy and governance
- Process‐driven with a continuous improvement mindset
