As a General Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the driving force behind the showroom team, ensuring that every customer receives a world‑class experience from start to finish.
  • Recruit, train and motivate a team of talented individuals who will be central to the showroom's success.
  • Drive sales performance to not only meet but exceed showroom targets year after year, while prioritising customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
