We are looking to grow our Transport Planning Team with the addition of a Transport Planner. You will be a key part of the team, helping with daily route planning, managing our fleet resources and ensuring the transport planning runs smoothly.
3 Rota Shifts (05:00 – 13:30, 07:00 – 15:30 or 08:30 – 17:00)

Main Responsibilities:
- Daily route planning using HDX and Paragon software
- Management of fleet resource and driver shift patterns
- Manipulation of customer delivery matrix in line with forecast figures
- Emergency customer scheduling
- Ensure production workload is consistent daily
- Reporting on key logistics KPI’s
- Pro‑actively resolve potential customer and store queries
- Work as a team to achieve the daily and weekly targets
- Offer problem solving solutions
- Management of customer order flow
About You:
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Advanced skills in Excel – including formulas, formatting and lookups
- Routing experience – desired but not essential
- Competence with Microsoft Office and relevant functions
- Ability to communicate and convey information by varied methods
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well within a team
