About The Role
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our site in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturer and be part of a fast‑paced, modern, and high‑tech production environment.
Location: Scunthorpe. Hours: Monday to Friday, full‑time (40 hours per week), 06:00-14:30. Salary: £13.65.
You will work as part of a warehouse or production team within a designated department (including Assembly, Goods In, MSU E‑Picks, and Production), supporting the manufacturing of kitchen components, picking and packing stock, and the loading and dispatch of completed orders.
Main Responsibilities
- Work as part of a warehouse team within a designated department (Assembly Lines, Goods‑In and Production) to see through the manufacturing of kitchen components, picking and packing of stock and loading of complete orders.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety in the workplace.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge to effectively perform the role.
- Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times.
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Manager or Supervisor.
About You
Desired skills & knowledge
- Previous warehouse or production experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Flexible, committed, and punctual.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email is beneficial but not essential.
