We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager in Waiting to join our team in the North West England area, must be able to commute to local showrooms. You will play a key role in building high-performing design teams across multiple showrooms in your designated region. The role requires flexibility to travel to various showrooms across the UK, and candidates must have reliable transport to facilitate this.
We offer a basic salary of £28,000 plus bonus (OTE £34K) plus paid travel expenses.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure every customer is approached, experiences our design excellence, and is sold their dream kitchen.
- Identify additional opportunities to increase showroom sales
- Assist the General Manager in recruiting and training incredible people who will support the showroom’s success
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
