We are recruiting for a Support Administrator to provide assistance to the VP of Barton Operations. The role will be from Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing information by answering questions and requests
- Generating reports for management KPIs and other specific reports
- Assisting with HR functions, such as note taking for investigations and disciplinary meetings
- Maintaining accurate records for employee holiday requests/sickness etc.
- Monitoring incoming emails, responding in a timely manner
- Working closely with management to ensure all departmental performance reports are completed in a timely manner, highlighting any issues to management

- Ability to work on own initiative
- Knowledge in Excel, creating spreadsheets and data entry
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in an administration function
- Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse working environment
